Executive Committee

The HP Hawks committee is made up of a group of dedicated volunteers who work hard to ensure that our baseball club is one of the best in New Zealand.

The committee meets regularly to discuss all aspects of the club including registrations, fundraising, field development, finances, and numerous other points. Meetings are usually held every few weeks during the season, then monthly during the off-season. Meetings are open to ANY CLUB MEMBERS who wish to attend - it is hoped that the more people that come along and contribute, the better the club will be!

The committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is held during the off-season and all club members are notified and encouraged to attend.
